Any comments on Audi Guaranteed Mobility program??
Is it just a tow service? After the car is towed to the nearest dealer then what? Is there any priority for getting you back on the road or are you just at the mercy of that dealer?

But the rental depends on the dealer where your dead Audi gets towed
I got a POS Chevy Malibu in exchange for a dead TT. What an utter piece of crap. But, AoA is paying for it since the dead car is still being repaired (3weeks!!) and the warranty folks picked up.
Depending on circumstances, you can call client relations for other "benefits" but it might be a fight.
