Default Any hockey goalies in the house?

My son has been playing goalie for his team the last three games and has now become THE goalie,so I got him his own gear. Question is,any procedure needed for break-in of the leg blockers(don't know what the correct name is.)

A few hard kicks to the pads should do it. ;-)

Default That's why I have a small selection of lesser tools.

Those are the ones you throw.

Default same here.

much to my uncle's chagrin I can't spend enough on tools to hop on his truck and grab one of everything; most of my stuff is Craftsman for the lifetime warranty but every now and then I'll buy a SnapOn tool from him which I guard with my life. One day I hope to own the $25K cabinet completely loaded with the good stuff *sigh* one day.

Default what I used to do is.....

stand move to one side and kneel down.. stand move to the other side kneel down...(get your minds out the gutter)

just keep doing that and you will break those pads in, in no time flat.
