Any performance disadvantage of going with ECS Cadmium plated rotors?

Default Any performance disadvantage of going with ECS Cadmium plated rotors?

Default my understanding was that the only effect cad plating had was anti-rust. The coating is so thin

that the change in the rotors rate of heat disappation should be minimal.

it is an anti-corrosive coating, thats all. And pardon the stupid comment, but its only on the edges of the rotor, not the stopping surface. And the coat is thin- the rotors are dipped; its not like the cadmium is cast onto the rotors. I have them (A8 size, drilled and slotted) and am pleased.
