Default Any problems with me using Valvoline SynPower Brake Fluid?

Synthetic DOT 3 & DOT 4. Claims to have a minumum WBP of 330.

I was planning on getting some Motul 600, but ran out of time. I bought this at the Autozone today and need to change the fluid tonight for a track day tomorrow. I'm guessing it should work -- not as well as the Motul, but just looking for some affirmation that it won't screw anything up.

Thanks!

Default I use it in all of my vehicles. It's dirt cheap and performs well....

though I'd probably spring for Motul if I tracked my cars.

Cheers,

Default I dunno.... but you can explode the brake fluid resiviour

I saw that happen on a 98 a4 2 weeks back. It started gushing brake fluid everywhere, what a mess... all over the windshield and the engine bay.

Default I'll put it this way

The VAS5234 Brake Flush/Bleeder machine has 2 settings....1 bar and 2 bar. Unless the car has ESP, its set to 1 bar, so I wouldn't exceed that.
