I have dealt with misfire problems:
First, what kind of plugs did you install? Why would you replace your plugs with used OEM plugs if they did not cause you problems?
Second, OEM plugs mean nothing, a dealer put new OEM plugs from a 30v in my car and they caused massive misfire problems due to gap and discharge differences.
Third, how did you pull the plug wires? You need a "tool" or other device to grab the plug by the metal part of the boot. If you fail to do that, you will likely cause damage to your plug wires. I remove the locking tab and use a tie wrap to "grab" the metal part of the boot.
Fourth, did you properly clean the holes into which the plugs go and torque the plugs down on install? Tiny pebbles and improper torquing can cause all sorts of problems. You should have cleaned the holes before you unscrewed the plugs, preferably with high pressure air blast, to prevent anything from getting into the combustion chamber.
Fifth, did you push the plug wires down all the way down onto the plugs? You should feel and sometimes hear a click and not have the ability to pull them off with a moderate hand tug thereafter.
