Default Any Recommended NY Audi Service Shops?

I've heard a lot of praise for Belavia Audi in NJ, just wondering if there'a any in NY worth going to for my last warranty service ... my 3 years are just about up.

thanks,
Mike

Default My wife's been taking her A6 wagon to Mohegan Lake for the past 2 years....

I'm afraid I can't offer any opinions based on direct contact, since I'm just coming up on the first service for my A4. But my wife has been going to Mohegan Lake Motors for service since we got her '97 wagon. She's been generally happy; as coincidence would have it she's taking it in tomorrow for the 30,000 mile service, so I'll be able to report more after that. Regular service there has been fine, and the car runs great. We've had some recurring problems with the driver's side window and the key-in-ignition/headlights-on warning chime not working, which will be raised again tomorrow. I also just noticed that when using the key in the driver's side door, it won't unlock the other doors (although the remote will), so that's another thing they'll have to work on. I mention these little problems because I've found that it's issues like these that show just how service oriented a service department really is; do they blow you off because it's "minor" or do they go out of their way to make sure you're happy? I'll know a lot more after tomorrow. The wait for loaners is getting longer at Mohegan Lake; last week I was told 26 days advance notice. My wife likes the staff. That's about all I can report for now. Hope it helps.

Rick

Thanks Rick,

I'm here at school in West Point, NY and it seems Mohegan and Nyack are the closest to me. I'll make sure to schedule an appointment early. Thanks for the info. Please let me know how tomorrow's service turns out.

Mike
