A long time friend of mine just happened by the other day. He runs a body shop. He saw my 2001 A4 I bought in June of this year and said "Nice"; But did you notice that they pulled a few dents.' As he pointed them out I began to notice them ( I hadn't before). I got a history on the car from the service dept. and there was a listing of "dent repair".
Since this was Certified from a reputable dealer, should they have informed me about the body damage? Do I have any recourse? Should I just let it go because the car is great otherwise?

They probably should have told you about them, but they have no legal obligation to do so. The Assured status of the car only says that there is no structural damage, and dents are not structural.

The clear coat is flaking off of one of my quarter panels. Normally, this would be covered under my Audi Assured warranty, but I was informed of an accident that the car was in, so the warranty doesn't apply to that.
Awesome! I get to spend $800 to fix something the dealer neglected to inform me of! Saaawwwwweeeeeeeeeeeet!
