I just got mine last month, and I haven't had it in the shop yet. The grapevine tells me that University is pretty good, although they sold me a new car that was previously wrecked.(New replacement comming) Overall, the staff seem really concerned that I am a happy camper. I would try them first, that's if you live in Seattle. If your on the Eastside, then try Barrier Audi. I hear the service is top notch but Audi are the bottom rung of the nameplates there. I take it there for service, but the wait is long (~2 wks) to get it in. I felt they did a decent job. I also took it there for major body work (replaced roof/rear quarterpanel/rear door) and they did a decent job, but it took awhile.
However, their sales dept is a bit sketchy, ask ArchAudi about that one... eh, Arch? They really didn't come down much on price for me, even though I bought 2 cars (totalled 1st one) in less than 3 mos.

Though I liked their sales staff a bit more than ya all, probably.
Have yet to take it in for service, but the body shop did a great job after I got rear-ended.
