Default Any succesfull audi auto crossers here?

I am looking to replace my wife's car, and am considering a variety of cars, either as a daily driver or a dd and auto crosser. I almost bought a A4 last year but opted for the Passat. Anyway, how does the A4 (or 90Q 100Q) fair in autocrossing after the norm suspension, tire, bar, and chip impovments?
What class is the 1.8TQ in for solo II?
Thanks!

Default Alot of us autox...some details inside

This discussion should be really in the Audi Racing forum...but I will respond briefly here. Many A4 owners autox their A4s...the stock A4 is in GStock class..the slightly modified in C-Street Prepared...but if you put slotted or cross-drilled rotors on...you go to O-Street Prepared. C-Street Prepared is rather full of Miatas....BMW M3s....RX3s...and RX7s...which are all competitive. Some A4 owners have taken their car to the SCCA nationals...Joe Goeke (however he is in a BMW 2.8 Coupe this year). He got third at Nationals. I compete in CSP. Other notable Autox people, off the top of my head, are: Corey S (NorCal)...Sharon Levy (Norcal)...Mike Zamarocy (SoCal)...ErikR (Montana)....Dale Kirstein (Colorado)....Josh Pinkert (??)....and many more...
Steve S.
97 2.8QM
Check out the link below for some results....

SCCA SF Region Solo 2 results
