Default any suggestions on improving slight hesitation when accelerating hard from stand still

I am experiencing a slight hesitation when I want to accelerate hard from a stand still. I have a 2000 1.8T tip w/ a Wett chip. I am happy with the acceleration once I get going. Any suggestions on what I can do? Air filter, exhaust?

Can you say "turbo lag?" There's no such thing as a free lunch.

Give it a little more gas before lifting the clutch up, then lift the clutch up slower. Not TOO slow, you don't want to do damage. This works for me.<p> -Ron
