Any of these related? P0411, P0441, along with a loud Secondary air pump...

My 1998.5 2.8L QM with 153,000 miles has triggered a CEL with the following codes:
16795 P0411 Sec.Air Inj.Sys. Incorrect Flow Detected
16825 P0441 EVAP Emission Contr.Sys.Incorrect Purge Flow
I first read both of these codes a month ago and cleared it.... then they came back again today.
My Secondary Air Pump has sounded like a leaf blower on crack for about two years... I am wondering if the codes are related to the pump or if it just a leak in the vacuum lines or both??
Any thoughts?? TIA

was the SAP finally giving up so I hooked up the VAG to get it running and disconnected the tube and it was still pumping plenty of air.
Researched here and found out it may be my combi valves.
My friend had a couple left over so I was into the process of replacing them (IIRC was a PITA) and realized that the vacuum tubes going into them were cracked. There is a pretty drastic bend in those tubes just before the valves and the rubber was rotted under the fabric covers. I stopped trying to remove the valves, replaced the vacuum tubes and all is / has been fine. I replaced most of the other vacuum tubes / hose as well.
So, check the small tubes around (back of engine near the combi valves) for a leak first and it may only be a 2 minute $2 fix.
