Any tips on removing collar bolt from the shaft?

I'm trying to replace the front outer CV boot, and the collar bolt refused to come off. Should I give it some wd-40?

Long breaker bar, the proper bit, and some PB blaster.

Exactly. Your really not supposed to use...

The collar bolt again because its shouldered but i did it twie na dhave never had a problem. A long breaker bar and a 1/2" drive should take that thing out.

Just to make sure, turn counter-clockwise to lossen, right?

it's on the passager side front wheel.
