I was there once last summer...
I think they had just opened then. Plenty of cars but hardly any sales people.
They wouldn't let me test drive a car after hearing that I would order, not buy off
the lot. I seettled on Cutter, up the coast in Santa Barbara. By the way if you
are in the SF valley area you should check out our group (site below) were
meeting again this Sunday. You can check out my 2000 if you want, I'll show
you all the "2001" features it has ;-)<ul><li><a href="http://www.meniscusdesign.com/a4/">Conejo Valley Audi Group</a></li></ul>

I was also there last summer...
Poor inventory, poor attitude. I ended up at a different dealer who immediately bettered the offer it took them 2 hours to make! In their ads they are now claiming to be #1 something or other.
I'd suggest you try Chris P. at Beverly Hills Audi, better people and usually a TON of cars.

They are horrible!!! (more)
I have never been so poorly treated, pressured, patronized and bullied by a car dealer. As a result not only did I not buy the A4 from them, I didn't bother shopping them for the mercedes we bought. They will never see a dime out of me.
-end of rant.

I also had horrible experience...
Keyes was no better than a Honda or Toyota dealership (maybe worse). Also, the way they test drive their new cars is atrocious. The only good thing is their inventory. Try Beverly Hills, as suggested below, or Rusnak at Pasadena/Westlake (my brother had decent experience). Pacific Audi has little inventory. I think in general, though, Audi really needs to improve their dealership experience -Paul

I don't know about you guys, but my experience there was excellent. My salesperson Patrick was very professional and knowlegable. I recently purchased a silver A4 2.8. I shopped Beverly Hills and was treated like a second class citizen when the salesman found out I was not buying a porsche. I asked for competitive pricing, but they refused to help me at all. Keyes was fair and I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

I got my S4 from Patrick at Keyes, he seems like a nice guy. I was treated great by everyone. I had a small problem with a windshield wiper and Bob in service took great care of me as well.
