Anybody have experience with Audi and Ohio's Lemon Law?
Have 2001 A4 1.8T with random slow crank problem with no ignition. Turn off key and wait a few seconds - it starts. No pattern to when it happens. Problem started within 12 month 18,000 mile Ohio law period. 7 visits to dealer. Has kept car many days. Tried lower octance. New battery. Nothing works. What is process for Ohio Lemon Law? Lawyer first? File complaint with Ohio Attorney General first? File for Better Business Bureau arbitration first? Write Audi Corp HQ with registered letter first? TIA!
