Anybody heard about the MPT Performance Chip for 12V 2.8?

Motodyne has a checkered history at best . . .
Us long term A4 12v owners have heard too many verifiable bad things about Motodyne's owner (mainly related to fraud) to trust its products.
Several months ago, I noticed that the chip you found had a detailed photo with it. That photo revealed that the chip came from an older model 12v (MMS 200-series ECU) not our A4 12v (MMS 410/411). The same applies to Motodyne's supercharger. The install photos took place on an older-model 12v not the version we have in our A4's. Thus, Motodyne's attempts to sell the kit to A4 owners appears motivated by bad faith.
If you want to test whether downgrading your ECU to a modified 200-series works on your 12v, please let us know at the Audi12vdevelopment group how you do. I do not know of any of the 12v owners there installing the older ECU.
