Anybody put an 8" sub in the rear armrest space between the seats? Pics?

Seen pics of a sub that was shown through there.
It wasn't in the armrest's spot but close enough. they cut out the ski sack and boom the box's woofer was right there. good enough if that's what you're looking for i'd say. i think this guy had infinity platinum whites or jl or something but i remember it being 10" or even maybe 12"
Mounting a sub in the rear seat makes no sense.

I took the ski sack out as well...
And I have my sub box right up against the backseat, so the subs can be seen peaking out. You can still put the armrest up, and then when down, the subs higher-order harmonics can still come through. And it kinda looks cool.

There's pictures of this too.
not sure how involved you want to get with this project. if you mean mount the subs on the rear of the rear seats so they can be seen when folded down they have to clear to close the seats, which would be real small. I'm trying to figure out what you mean by rear seat back. You want a sub or three hanging on the back of the seats that will never fold down without removal first? I don't get where you want them. Do you want a box or are you going to put something fiberglass or shaped in that fills that hole?
Someone posted a picture of a big piece of plexiglass or MDF with subs and the seats were folded down and could close. Maybe that's what you meant, facing forward sub. Then you could mount the amp(s) on the back of the wood or plexiglass.
The latter seems like a very simple install after a few basic measurements are made.
