Default Anyone (again) with PES Supercharger in California and 2000 or later (drive by wire) model?

Still trying to iron out the problems with my G2 install. The car was knocking & pinging at acceleration and I am being told that it is because of the 91 octane gas, coupled with the drive by wire system found in the 2000 and later models. Got a new chip now that has eliminated the detonation, but the car doesn't appear to be performing properly. Is there anyone out there in California, using 91 octane gas, that has the kit on a 2000 or later model? If so, what was your experience, or am I the first?

Yes, they are confused about it too. I just want to see if there is anyone else out there that has the exact configuration that I do and their car is working properly on 91 octane gas. If there is, then that tells us that there must have been a problem with the install. If there isn't, then that opens the possibility that it is the software that is causing the problem.

Something appears to be botched, the issue now is figuring out what so that we can fix it. I'm going to drive the car for the first time this afternoon, so I'll have my own impression of the current situation instead of relying on what everyone else has been telling me.
