Anyone change a front wheel bearing? How hard to do???

with only a standard tool box and working in your garage, FORGET IT. You can do 90% of the work yourself, and then you hit a brick wall, because you cannot extract your Audi's sealed bearing from the housing with a regular manual bearing press kit.
You will also need a special bit for the new 17mm allen head design hub bolt, if you have the large 22mm bolt.
If you can get the bearing housing off the car, you can bring the housing to a shop and have someone with a hydraulic press extract the old bearings and press the new bearings in for you.
Then, you can just reassemble.
