Anyone in DC/NOVA area no a good place to have tint removed?........DIY maybe?

The car I'm buying has 15% Llumar and I need to have the front window tint removed, it's illegal in DC. :-(

Probably the same guys that are good at putting the tint on - LA Tint-several locations in VA.

try and find a Llumar location and have them put a lighter tint on there
