I should of researched it a bit more looks like it can be harmful to fuel components some say corrisive to engine parts.
But i mixed it 50/50 with 93 octane today and with 93 being 3.40ish a gallon i saw the price of 2.55 for e85 and read about a 105 octane rating.
I figure it's about 98 octane mixed like that.
I did notice a significant performance gain this evening when on the freeway under boost.
Just wondering if there are any experts here and what kind of longterm ill affects this would have on my car?
Thanks and goodnight!

E85 is more corrosive than gasoline. So your metal fuel lines, fuel rail, injectors, pump and other items not designed for E85 could begin to corrode.
You need injectors sized for E85, I believe 30-40% larger injectors are required to run straight E85. The only benefit of this fuel is the high octane rating which resists detonation and allows more timing advance or higher boost levels... but again... you need to inject more E85 to get the same power from the engine as E85 has less energy per unit.

...seems there are PLENTY of performance advantages to be had. The general conclusion is not to try what he did unless you're at a higher altitude so you don't run into running lean.
