I have made two purchases with autosupermart.com and the last purchase frustrates me. I placed my order 3 weeks ago to the day and I still do not have it. I traced the delay to the fact that whomever actually shipped the order for autosupermart did not use the correct city. I specifically requested that they use the same shiping information which was correct for my first purchase. Has this happened to anyone else? Are there any other (hopefully more reliable) companies that I can buy my cleaning supplies from?

I've used them before and never had a problem with them.

I've also used carcareonline.com and autopia.com. The latter gave the best service.
