Good point. But I followed a Jaguar today, middle of the day w/ rear fogs on all the time! Stupid!

Yeah, and those Jag fogs are in the back bumper - they look like brake lights. Hate em!

Default Buddy of mine said he got stuck behind this big truck that had fog lights mounted on the back

and they were right at eye level. Pretty much blinded everyone behind him. It was a totally clear evening, so no reason to be running the fog lights, except to be inconsiderate. Coulda used that cop then!

Default I received a $35 ticket for a broken tail light...upon telling the cop

that it was actually a rear fog light and that I had full control over it, he said "TAKE IT TO COURT!" Who has time to argue a $35 ticket in court? What a load of bs.

Actually, if it was perfectly clear out, he probably could -are the weather conditions on the ticket

Default Yeah, I was just wondering if it was written down. If the guy is that ignorant, he'll probably deny

the weather required the light

Default I don't think it really matters...all of the cars devices are DOT approved with the exception of the

high beams you should be able to drive with any combination of them on or off. I mean how irgnorant do you have to be to sit there and argue with what's printed in the FUC#$NG manual? I would take that one to court just for the fun of making the guy look like a fool.

Jason H. and myself both did this (we both got speeding tickets as he was following me) cause there were so many technical errors on the ticket we knew we couldn't loose...sure enough the cop backed out before we even got to the stand...case dismissed...nice very nice.
