Anyone ever get an "exhibition of power" ticket in their A4?

Default Tempered it a bit down below.

I just get rankled by the states, cities, etc. bent on revenue enhancement instead of actually working for the population.
The locals didn't have time to go collect a surveilance tape from Best Buy, that WE located for them (showed the gal who broke into our house using the debit card she stole from us), but they sure have plenty of time to write tickets for 38 in a 35 at the foot of our hill.
It's become 'all about the revenue'.

I'm usually all about .. just pay the speeding tax .. but once in a while i get cranky

Default He's making a legal determination that other drivers were nervous? I hope he's going . . .

. . . to get sign affidavits from them or better yet bring them in to testify. You may want to ask if they are bringing up a "claim" against you and whether there was an injured party in this matter. Did the Plaintiff receive a violation of his "legal right" through a personal injury?
