just put a ko4 in my car on friday and i noticed that there was an exhaust leak. on closer inspection i found that my borla downpipe had a crack in it that went about 60% around the circumfrence of the dp up by the flange that connects to the cat. i had a friend clean a weld up the break for a short term solution and i spoke with borla and it sounds like they will replace it under warranty. the exhaust has only been on the car a year if that. anyone ever have this or a similar problem?

i think that perhaps may be the culprit on yours as well...i'd suspect excessive engine movement
