too expensive considering the price of the original VAG COM or even ProDiag.

On that note, I have a question. Can I measure boost in real time using the ProDiag

on a MY2000? I'm thinking about buying it over a boost gauge since all I really want to do is check boost from time to time to see if there are any leaks. I've done some DIY stuff, but I'm not really interested in buying boost gauge stuff, painting it grey (since most boost gauge stuff comes in black), and installing it. If the ProDiag does measure boost, does it take the reading from a different area than the gauge. I'd Achtuning for the answers, but they never answer their phones (which doesn't encourage me to buy from them yet).
