Everytime I make a U turn or full turn, the whole car shakes.
Is that normal? or there is something wrong with the suspension?

of a difference in rotational speeds, so you get a little bit of binding, and a little tire scrub. Try to avoid prolonged turns where you get this behavior.

My Avant is my 5th quattro car, and all of the Torsen cars have done that little rumble/shake deal making sharp turns. The only ones that didn't were the normally open diff cars. On my 80, when the rear diff stuck, the car would shake during almost any moderately sharp turn.

There's nothing in the drivetrain that would cause the vibration in a low-speed, tight turn. The Torsen diff shouldn't, and the axle diffs on the A4 are open diffs, which can't.

It's more of a rumble in my cars, less of a shake, but it's there. It's actually coming from the tires. If your Torsen can cope with u turns without binding a little, good for you. This gets brought up at least once a month here.

I make a similar turn (minimum radius, low speed, on asphalt and concrete,) several times per day on my commute.
Ever think it may be the brand of tire, and not the Torsen? Caster makes the tire roll over onto it's edge when you turn the wheels. The more you turn 'em, the more they roll over. In extreme circumstances (like a minimum radius turn,) it may be enough to make some brands of tire make a noise.

check your tires and direction of tires on directional tires, should solve the issue if that's the same shake/vibration I used to feel...took a while to figure out, but easy fix
