Anyone familiar with what the J means on the end of parts in etka?

8H0941029F = 03 b6 a4 left xenon...
J = left hand traffic... J = Japan? but that gets confusing since driving is on the right.

Letters after the 9th character denote different versions of similar parts.
For example:
4A1 857 535 AD - Left mirror glass
4A1 857 535 AA - Same but with heating
4A1 857 535 AB - Same but convex and with heating
4A1 857 535 AE - Same but split (wide-angle)
These letters have no special meaning (usually they seem to get assigned from A to Z, or AA, AB, AC etc.)
In some cases a color code may be added to the end of the part no.
For example:

Typically that area shows engine codes or transmission codes "AEB, ATW, APB, etc".
Occassionally you'll find a country code in there "J.." "MEX" etc. I believe the "J.." is for Japan.
