Default Anyone find how to manually eject the CD Magazine from the Panasonic units....

I got a CD Jammed in my Panasonic unit. I opened the unit and got the CD back into the Magazine, but can't get the Magazine ejected. The FAQ is for the Alpine units and not the Panasonic, and the Alpine procedures do not work with the Panasonic unit. I've tried almost everything to get the magazine ejected, with no luck.

There's a pin hole near the ejector button, push in with a paper clip.

Default Actually on mine....

there is not a pin hole near the eject button. However, I figured it out. I slid a bread knife between the magazine and the chassis, similar to the Alpine unit FAQ, but the release is near the bottom of the magazine. I slid the knife down on the right side of the unit and slid it to the left. If you look at your magazine while it's out, you can see a groove that runs down and then hooks to the right. Well, there is a metal notch that connects into that groove. So you have to slide the notch to the left and the magazine slides right out.

Is your unit for the new Multi-DIN radio... On the '99.5 and newer models I think? Mine is the Concert radio on a '98.5 model.
