anyone go stage III with high mileage?

have a compression test done on the engine. mileage is difficult to determine the wear and tear of
an engine.
Mark P just when stage 3 (K04s, lots of extras) on his S4 that has 65k miles on it.
DigitalA4 when with PES'S T28 kit and has something around 70k.
I have 40k miles on my A4 and I won't get around to stage 3 until in that same ballpark mileage. I don't think it'll be an issue since my miles are almost all highway miles and lots of long distance driving on the PA Tp.
