Default I got 2 kits from 2 forms (sent at diff. times), but last one was sent in about 2 months ago.

I don't know if they're still sending the kit out, but it would make no sense for VW/Audi to return the card to you without explanation. Sounds more like a USPS screw-up, doesn't it?

Brochure is called "Caring for your car's windshield". Inside is the response card for the free kit.

Default Yeah...does sound like a mail screw-up (though, not a male screw-up :-)

I sent out two extra forms with other AW'ers names on them....so if THEY get them back as well then I guess we'll know that the deal is over.
