I have a slight noise that isn't bad enough for me to get worked up about, but I ran into this.
Anyone try it?<ul><li><a href="https://www.audiworld.com/forum/m.new/feedback/msgs/2232.phtml">B-Pillar noise</a></li></ul>

I have a '98 (with the flat black covering) that had this noise. Try the following: Open the rear window or the front window - does the noise disappear? In my case it did because the pressure from the window frame on the covering changed when the (rear) window was opened. That's what clued me in.
My soln was to simply spray a bit of silicone spray near the top of the covering - where it meets the inside of the door frame. Now the noise is gone.

I have this noise (friction noise from rubber seals) on my 2001. It's extremely annoying. Does this repair work for newer models (like mine) also? Enquiring minds want to know!
Thanks cats.

I will try the fix and see if it works. I hope so. It is driving me nuts.
Now if someone can just figure out where the damn creak is coming from in my radio unit. Is is somewhere inside.
