Anyone have the Hybrid BOV/Bypass valve from LLTek?

just thinking about buying a bypass valve and saw this, too good to be true?

I have GFB hybrid BOV only $160 from New Dimensions...

Sounds great, but has not added any performance. Haven't lost any performance either.
