anyone have luck with AoA paying for control arm creaking?

I live in Toronto and got Audi USA to pay for 75% of my control arms. Did this several years ago. I talked to Christina and Jared. Hope this helps

Default what did you say to them to convince?...like...
what steps did you take to get it done? were you original owner? how many miles out of warranty were you?
