I just bought a bar, but he doesn't have the brackets.

usually the brackets come wtih the sway bar. If you bought from a tuner try contacting htem and asking why they arnt in the package. If you bought used from someone then you can try asking him where they are??but if you bought from a tuner i would assume they would come with the brackets and everything. im sure if you call neuspeed they will sell you a set.

Seller said he didn't have them & said replacements were $45 from Neuspeed. I just called them & they said $149.95.

I should have called to check before taking his word for it I guess.

I am asking him for a refund since I just paid minutes ago. We'll see what happens.

neuspeed gave them to me when I asked for them after buying a used bar

if the seller was the original owner..he should be able to get the brackets for free
