Anyone have Torque specs for 30V 2.8L Valve Covers/Gaskets??

Also, is there a specific pattern for tightening valve covers?

I want to say 7lb/ft.. I used a modified alternating pattern...

i got them increasingly tight in a criss-cross pattern by hand, then used the torque wrench.

How confident are you on that 7lb./ft. number?

that's the number for an M6 bolt. since this is a nut on an M6 stud, failry..

I wouldn't go much higher than that.
