Default anyone know how to fabricate this..
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/25125/radio.jpg"></center><p>i want to install an aftermarket radio but do not want to add a kit to the center console. (using this pic as an ie. no offense to whoever car this is) i would like to find a center console that is not cut so i can cut it myself or find some formica that will match the wood grain so i can fabricate a new one.

looking at the JVC KD-LX300 head unit.

Default The radio will mount with no problems so why not just relpace the whole facia cut...
making a tight fit around your new faceplate?

so find a company that uses the same type wood....and have them fabricate a mold for you
