Anyone know how to remove the sunroof **** on a pre-99.5 A4?

I've tried pulling . . . VERY hard . . . no go. I suppose I could try a pair of pliers.

Really? Hmmmm.

I have a replacment **** b/c the paint has all peeled off the one installed in my car. Hmmm. I'll have to look into it then. Grrr. Thought it was a simple replacement.

Follow this faq. I've done this mod and it will tell you how to get the unit out. A little tricky but not to hard if you have some small screw drivers to push on the clips.

If I remember correctly there is a screw holding the **** on.
