I just spent whole day in the shop trying to adjust the rebouce on my KONI coil over. I can only do the adjust in the back, however one shock in the back I can make the full 8 turn while the other I can make about 10 turn, why the diffence in turn ? I thought it suppose to be the same. Also the none of the front shock have any adjustment at all. Did they sell me a right one ?

but its a real pain in the ***...
To adjust the rear, u must stick a little pin/rod into the hole... (in the slot) and turn accordingly...
to adjust the front, you must fully disassemble the strut (so its off the car, and in your hands w/o springs)... now compress the shaft completely, and rotate it. You will find that it catches at one point. Now rotate it fully in one direction, then adjust it by rotating to your setting... do it for both.
after i adjusted my Koni's, the ride is great! even w/ the coilovers all the way down
