Anyone know NYS troopers in the Westchester area? I could use some help w/ a ticket.

I got a speeding ticket - if I could find someone
with connections to help it would be great.
My lawyer actually suggested asking people I knew
Apparently, the issuing officer can lower/change
the ticket a bit.
My license is DMV clean. (18 months and it's off
the record - insurance is another issue. Currently
over $3,000 a year, and this ticket isn't going to
help)
On another note, I actually got a wave last night
from a fellow A4 owner. He had an LLtek badge +
a nice spoiler on a Volcano Black A4.

If you're wondering where he asked me to pull
over to (there's no shoulder) I was told to
drive over the curb and onto a pile of snow.
Luckily, I drive a quattro. 8-)

I can see what I can do. I have a middle man that I have to go though to get to a trooper but I might be able to work something. The chances are slim but I will try.
For now send the ticket in and plead NOT guilty! Fill out/requst 'support deposition'. There should be info on the back of the ticket. Send it in - that will buy you time.
If you know the trooper's name e~mail me with the info although if he is a sergant then you may be stuck since they like to show up for court.
