what heat range should i be looking for? anyone know if these are pre gapped?

not plainum, you'll get long life but poor spark. go copper, works best

not platinum for another reason

on boosted cars you should avoid platinum as it retains heat by its nature, and can cause knock, or premature detonation. Cold plugs in turbo cars

There's nothing wrong with the stock Bosch plugs-

- many tuners recommend them, even with the K04 upgrade. If you want non-stock, I run the Beru Ultra X, and would also strongly consider the Denso Iridiums. And like the others said... NO PLATINUM.
