anyone know what holds the felt in place in the little pocket behind the cig. lighter?

I need to remove it and I'm not sure if it's glued in place or what. It's in there pretty tight, I tried prying it up a bit with my finger and it didn't budge.

Nothing, mine pops out every time I vacuum.
