Default other than sears, autozone maybe...
snap on? Just a few off the top of my head. I know I got my 17mm allen socket at autozone that I used to get my tranny fill plug out.

What do you need it for?

Snap on only goes to 19mm... 20 is huge, what do you need that for?

negative on both of those... i checked yesterday. 20mm is for Injector Seats

"We have actually used and 20mm lug nut on a bolt or a bolt with a 20mm head with two nuts on the shaft. mmmm that sounded dirty. This is much cheaper and easier to find."

Default Harbor frieght has a set of impact black metric sockets for 20 bucks
Includes everything from size 8 to 24 or something like that.
