I got a check sitting in my briefcase right now for the amount of up to $20k. Will be using it when my A4 arrives. No, the car cost more than $20k, but I'll be paying for it using 2 checks. Give it a try. Doesn't cost any money. Fill up application online, and within a day, you'll get a respond. I think in 2-3 days I got the check in the mail. Just need to endorse it, and send in the paperwork (car information, dealer etc.). Seem easy, but I'll know in a month or so from now.

Thanks for the info, jlim.
If they only do transactions with the "blank check" method then I guess I'm out of luck 'cuz I'll be sitting down with the F&I guy at my dealer in a couple of hours to settle my purchase. I just tried calling E-loan's toll free number to find out if I can still do business with them, and I ended up on hold for more than 45 minutes before I gave up. I'm glad it seems to have worked for you, though. Good luck!
