I have 2 Eclipse 8810.6 subwoofers (10") installed in my trunk which face upward. However, they dont sound anything like what i heard on the display rack, there are too much reflections of the bass. I tried listen to it in the trunk (with the trunk lid open of course), and that was the sound i was looking for.
Now, i am thinking about porting the rear deck which might reduce the reflections i have now. Just want to know anyone did this? Any comments?

I'm considering those myself.
Now do you lose the rear speakers entirely when using their spaces as port holes?
How do you get your mids/highs from the rears then?
What exactly is your setup and are you happy with those stealthboxes?
Do I ask too many questions?
