Anyone rode/drove a ndbw KO4 and a ndbw KO4 w/ pc16 file? Is there a noticeable diff.?

I agree. My experience with the standard K04 file was longer (a few weeks)...
but I have the same impression.
There is definately more low end power with the PC-16 chip.
In my opinion it was worth the cost of the upgrade over the standard K04 chip. If you can get the chip, then the injectors, FPR & gauge are pretty inexpensive.
Overall a night & day difference when compared with my chipped K03.
