very true. my guess is that Hawk and Pagid sell more pads to be able to offer lower prices.

do the 2500s last longer? I don't know since I've never tried them.

really? I haven't noticed any fade w/ Blues in my Boxster "bbk" at the Glen.

I'm on my second set and getting about 10-11 days our of them. I've run my HPS in the rain, but once the track started to dry and speeds increased above 90 those faded as expected. Only other pads I ran w/ these brakes were some Porterfield R4s and they weren't any better than the HPS.

My dad runs the DS2500s in his 944T and I'm still not convinced they're on par w/ Blues. I'd say they're more like HP+ and the DS3000s are comparable to Blues. At least that is what I'm hearing from the BMW E30/E36 M3 guys at the track.
