Anyone running a performance exhaust without the mid muffler? Is it extremely loud? Any reasons
for not sugesting it?
I just purchased a neuspeed/borla muffler and will be installing sometime at the end of the month. I have already removed the mid muffler so basically I have a pipe running from the place where two cats merge all the way to the stock muffler. Sounds ok now, not really loud but crappy since the stock exhaust isn't exactly the best thing, but I am wondering if I should simply swap out the stock for the neuspeed or put the old mid muffler back.
Thanks.

What does the resonator do??
I too have the Remus muffler and while the sound changed from the original muffler, it's not as deep as i was expecting. Would removing the resonator make it sound better? How is this done?
