service has been good, loaner cars for service, sales guy didn't lie to me- what problems have you had? i stopped by last week to have a scratch looked at, (stupid move in a parking garage...) and they even hand-washed and vacuumed my car for me. i always let them know that i have a chip and exhaust, and that i am prime to be a repeat client, if they treat me well. the parts guys don't seem to know much, oh well- that's what AudiWorld is for!
