OEM sport sway bars are barely an upgrade over non-sport. Probably not worth it.

Default The rear is 12mm compared to 15 I think..not sure about the front, but I thought

it would be a considerable difference. All I knwo is the setup I drove was much tighter than mine. I think the biggest difference being the sway bars. I'll definitely do the rear first. If that's enough, then I won't bother with the front.

Default Disagree...

I upgraded from non-sport to sport sways on my old A4 and the front does make a difference. They are the same size, but the sport is solid as opposed to the hollow non-sport.

I bought everything from Clair...~$325 for front, rear and bushings, IIRC
