I am replacing the rear deck speakers, the 6.5 ones. Can anyone suggest a good 6.5 inch woofer and amp that I can hook up back there. Thanks. Probably a multi channel amp, nothing over the top; minimal for what it will do.

someone told me that since they are 4 ohm that the amp will blow out. The ones in the fixing bass boominess faqw are 8 ohms. Anyone know the deal with this. I am very confused. : (

Also, with the amp and speakers is there anything else that I will need to set it up? thanks guys

i take back what i said about getting a two channel amp. a mono would be beter since its only driving the subs and not the bose speakers.

If you want a hard hitting set up you go with a different kind than if you go with a good quality sounding system...

Good Quality:
Polk-Tweeters
Inifinity Kappas-Mids and Lows
JBL- Lows
Bose- Lows

Bang for the buck: (The ones you can afford to replace when you blows them)
Alpine or Poineer- Tweeters
Alpine- Mids
Kicker- Lows
